This is the fundamental question that I, as a coach want to know. Coaches rarely dive into the past, unless it informs your future. We focus on what is happening right now and then ask how you want it to be.

Of course being fit of body plays an important role but unless you tackle those pesky thoughts and gremlins you will not achieve your full potential and live out your dreams.
